Water/methanol injection cools the intake charge and helps suppress detonation, so a boosted gas engine can hold more boost and timing on the fuel it already runs. The multi-input controller in this V3 kit takes an external 0-5V MAP signal, a MAF frequency or voltage signal or an injector duty cycle signal, so it can run on high compression naturally aspirated engines as well as boosted ones. A 5 gallon reservoir is included for longer runs between fill-ups.
