This square body direct replacement EGR cooler is for 2004-07 Ford Powerstroke turbodiesel 6.0L V8 applications. It is 100% new, not remanufactured. The cooler utilizes larger-than-OE diameter tubes with a thicker wall to reduce clogging, resist failure, and extend service life. The unit is TIG welded and pressure tested at the factory.
