The square body direct replacement EGR cooler is for 2004-07 Ford Powerstroke turbodiesel 6.0L V8 applications. It is 100% new, not remanufactured. The cooler utilizes larger-than-OE diameter tubes with a thicker wall to reduce clogging, resist failure, and extend service life. The unit is TIG welded and pressure tested at the factory. This kit includes all gaskets needed for the removal and replacement of the EGR cooler for a hassle-free installation.

AFE's BladeRunner EGR Coolers for Ford Powerstroke diesel engines utilizes 7", larger than OE diameter tubes with a twice as thick wall to reduce clogging, extend life and resist failure. These units are stainless steel TIG welded and pressure tested and include all gaskets needed for the removal and replacement of the EGR cooler for a hassle free installation.
