These wheels are 4" O.D. and are 1-1/2" wide at axle with a 3/8" through hole. Wheels are sold individually.Also available are Allstar wheelie bar wheel wrenches that are perfect for adjusting wheelie bar height. The highly visible scale printed directly on to each wrench helps to quicly measure height between 2" to 7" in 1/8" increments.
