- Allstar Black anodized gilmer belt pulleys are made from heat treated aluminum. They accept 1" wide, 3/8" pitch drive belts. The 28T water pump pulley is most commonly used with the 17T crank pulley and a 22.5" gilmer belt for a 40% reduction.
