Lower Control Link
    Lower Control Link
  • 1971-1972 Ford Pinto

Alston control links are made from 4130 chrome moly steel, and attach to the lower A-Arm. They are designed to travel in the same arc as the A-Arm, eliminating the possibility of bind. One end of the link features a high quality mild steel hiem joint that can be adjusted. Aiding the final alignment of the front suspension geometry.

The Alston A-Arm Front Snout conversion cuts 230 lbs of sprung weight from the front of your car and allows you use adjustable coil over shocks in your suspension. The design of the Alston A-Arm Front Snout relies on the lighter Ford Pinto suspension parts because of the obvious compatibility with the Pinto steering. The spindles and bearing bosses on the Alston A-Arm Front Snout are stronger than the Vega units found in other conversions. This frame modification makes the chassis stiffer, and permits engine relocation. Snouts are not assembled and require welding.
