A fully remanufactured 4L60E for the 1996-1997 F-body 3.8L V6 cars, supplied with a matched torque converter so the front seal, bushing and balance are known good on installation. Case type, connector and shift shaft size are all year-specific on this transmission, and this unit is built to the 6/7FBD/CD tag configuration.
ATK Engines 1283AA-HJ Remanufactured 4L60E Automatic Transmission Features:
- Remanufactured valve body with a complete correction and recalibration kit.
- Updated throttle valve, manual valve, 4-spool switch valve, pressure regulator valve and governor plugs.
- 245mm torque converter included and tested for leaks, lockup, concentricity and balance.
- One-piece S-10 style case with a 6-bolt aluminum cover and a 16-bolt pan.
- Gray 13-pin connector, 3/4 in. manual shift shaft and steel cooler lines.
- Hot, cold, load and simulated road tested before shipping.
