Headlamp buckets sit behind the grille where water collects and never drains, so they rust out while the rest of the front end still looks fine. A bad bucket lets the sealed beam wander, and no amount of aiming fixes it. Note the Rally Sport swap: on a 1969 RS Camaro this right side bucket is the one used on the left.
