The BD Diesel Performance Positive Air Shutdown Systems (PAS) are the most effective method when an emergency engine shutdown is required. Built with an in-line butterfly valve that is placed in the air intake line and when activated by its heavy-duty electrical solenoid cuts the air supply to the engine ensuring fuel ignition OFF to cease and the engine to shutdown in seconds.

The PAS butterfly valve design simplifies the number of parts and reduces the overall size as compared to the competitive units and uses the aluminum and stainless components, plus weatherproof electrical connectors to prevent corrosion. Easy installation with no welding needed for hose beads by utilizing innovative bead boot locks. Standard applications include over-speed electronics and CAC pipes included for some applications.
