The BD Diesel Performance Top Speed Eliminators are a necessity when the factory speed limiter is hampering performance at the top end of the track. The BD Diesel Top Speed Eliminator increases top speed to over 130 MPH and allows adjustment for larger tires. For the 2000.5 to 2003 Dodge Cummins, the Top Speed Eliminator also removes torque limiting junction in first gear for more off the line power. These kits are easy under-hood installations with a toggle switch to select Street or Race Mode.
