Installation Notes:
These hood hinge gas springs are recommended for use with steel hoods only. Do not attempt to use them in combination with either lightweight carbon fiber or fiberglass hoods. The opening actuation will be too abrupt and could cause personal injury or damage to the hood.
Note: Will NOT fit Pontiac/Firebird applications, these hoods are too heavy for the gas springs
