How it works: Pull your shifter into low gear, and the solenoid automatically cocks. It stays that way until your engine reaches the RPM set with an RPM activator switch. Power is then cut & the spring action shifts into high gear. Unlike other shifters, when that RPM is reached again, the unit won't shift more than once.
