These are the sweeper strips (often called window felts, squeegees, weatherstrip, window fuzzies, or anti-rattlers) that run horizontally on the door at the base of the window. They run on the inside and the outside of the door glass. Replacement of you worn out strips produces a quieter, rattle free ride. Sold in sets of 4 pieces for both front door windows on the truck.
