This is a reproduction of the original Fulton Model 800 style sun visor windshield visor so popular on 1954-1955 First Series trucks. A windshield visor was a very popular accessory helping shade the driver's eyes from the sun in an era when tinted windshields weren't really around. In keeping some of the sun's rays out of the interior it can also help keep the truck a little cooler on hot summer days. This part is made of heavy gauge steel with a black primer coat. It comes complete ready to assemble and install including the trim that runs along the front lip of the visor.
