This open chassis "L" style aluminum wet sump is for 1985 and earlier Small Block Chevy. It is designed for a chassis without a crossmember under the engine (asphalt and dirt modifieds, sprint cars, and some late models). It has an 11-1/2" wide, 16" long, 7" deep "L" sump with a 9-quart system capacity. Requires pickup and an offset aftermarket starter with a 153 or 168-tooth flywheel. Also an option for this pan is 074-20-914 Pro Louvered Windage Tray designed to replace its standard screen tray.Pan Features - Six Trap Door Baffles & Directional Oil Runners
