Chassis Engineering AT-0054B Features:
Chassis Engineering AT-0054B comes as a Bolt-on Universal Transmission Crossmember with a 4 in. drop.
Chassis Engineering Transmission Crossmember tubes are internally reinforced, heavy duty 1 3/4 in. OD tubing with a 1/8 in. wall.
We recommend using these with side engine mounts only, to avoid stressing the bell housing.
Our universal transmission crossmembers will fit most standard or automatic transmissions with rear mounting, and are available in both a Bolt-on and a Weld-on option, each available with 5 separate drops and can be cut to the width you need to fit your frame.

How to determine which universal transmission crossmember to use:
1. Mock up the engine mounting location using Chassis Engineering mounts.
2. Mock up the transmission placement, aiming for approximately a 2-4 degree downward angle of the tailshaft.
3. Measure from the bottom of the transmission cushion to approximately the center of the frame.
This will roughly correspond to the transmission drop. This €œdrop€ is measured from the top of the transmission crossmember tube to the top of the mounting plate.
