Enough power to propel the CTS-V from 0 to 60 in 3.9 seconds and a Cadillac record of 7:59:32 around the Nurburging, making the CTS-V the fastest production sedan in the world and capable of 191 mph top speed when using the manual transmission. While it shares the 6.2L displacement of other LS engines, this engine is built with powdered metal rods, forged crankshaft, and 9.1 comp ratio. The supercharger has a single brick intercooler in the intake with a very low profile to optimize clearance.
