Not sure if you have an early-style (inverted flare) or late-style (metric O-ring) GM steering box? This kit includes both types of steering box adapter fittings to help you connect a GM type 2 power steering pump and reservoir with -6AN fittings. This kit adapts to Concept One's mini-billet reservoir and Lares power steering pump as supplied in Concept One serpentine pulley systems. Includes 6 feet of black AQP -6 hose, four -6AN 90° hose ends, and both types of steering box adapter fittings. 1979 and earlier steering boxes: (1) -6AN to 5/8-18 Inverted Flare adapter fitting, (1) -6AN to 11/16-18 Inverted Flare adapter fitting, 1980 and later steering boxes (1) -6AN to M16x1.5 O-ring adapter fitting, (1) -6AN to M18x1.5 O-ring adapter fitting. Concept One's high-pressure AQP hose is easy to cut and assemble. The black coloring blends in better than typical blue AQP hose. Of course, you'll end up with two unused fittings, but the kit saves you from disassembling your steering system to check fitting type. NOTE: Does not include the pump/reservoir side -6AN fittings (as they are part of the pump/reservoir).
