Note: For trailer applications always use an ST (Special Trailer) tire. ST trailer tires offer approximately 10 percent more load capacity than an equivalent LT (Light Truck) tire and typically 40 percent more capacity than a passenger tire when filled to maximum PSI rating. A trailer tire is constructed with stiffer sidewalls for reduced sidewall flexing under load, resulting in straighter tracking and a lowered risk of trailer sway. Trailer tires are purpose-designed for towing and the irregular duty cycles associated with trailer use and storage.
