*Note: Cylinder heads with casting number 540306, 544127 or 9771980 were equipped with 1.65 ratio rocker arms, the specs for this camshaft were devise using 1.5 ratio rocker arms.
**Note: Ram Air engines require different springs. Minimum .040' clearance required between underside of rocker arms and top of retainers after valve adjustment when valves are closed. Adjustment when valves are closed.
***Note: Since 1975 General Motors divisions have exchanged engines throughout different models (ex. 350ci Chevy engines in Oldsmobile cars). Be certain of exactly which engine you have before ordering.
GOOD IDLE, DAILY USAGE AND OFF ROAD, TOWING, PERFORMANCE AND FUEL EFFICIENCY, 2600-3000 CRUISE RPM, 8.75 TO 10.5 COMPRESSION RATIO ADVISED.
