8740 chromoly cam bolt with black finish and 12-point head for Crower 4.6L and 5.4L Ford Modular camshafts. 12 mm bolt with 1.800 in. underhead length and reduced-head design for easier installation in tight camshaft areas. Increased preload clamping force helps maintain positive timing gear register and resist valvetrain harmonics and stress. For Crower aftermarket camshafts only; sold individually under part number 86053-1, with two bolts required for dual-cam installation.
