This is a true Direct Fit aluminum radiator for 1968-72 Nova. Unlike other "universal" aftermarket radiators, this model features the correct core, factory type upper channels, stock hose connections, and press formed tanks. It is also epoxy free. No cutting or modifying is required. This radiator features two rows of one inch wide tubes and will provide 30% more cooling than an equal size four row copper radiator. This unit features an internal transmission cooler for automatic transmissions.DeWitts "Black Ice" is a product specifically designed to adhire to aluminum without any reduction in heat transfer. This is a special two part epoxy paint that is chemically hardened and it shrinks as it cures to a thickness of .001". Every DeWitts aluminum radiator is available with a Black Ice coat as an option.
DeWitts Chevrolet Nova/Chevy II Direct Fit Aluminum Radiators are designed to install into the stock mounting and use the factory connections without any modifications or adapters.
