The Dinan D760-0047 Carbon-Fiber Cold Air Intake transforms the F85/F86 BMW X5M/X6M air box with a gloss carbon-fiber lid and twin cylindrical filters that increase total filter area by 228 % (146.2 in² each). Enlarging the lid raises air-box volume about 15 %, allowing the B58 to draw cooler, denser air and gain up to +23 HP and +25 lb-ft at 5500/4000 RPM when paired with engine software. Air is drawn from all around the filters, eliminating the stock intake resonator and adding a sportier induction note.
