Unbalanced assemblies MUST be balanced by qualified machine shop before use. Assemblies include crank, rods, pistons, rings, and bearings (OE replacement bearings with cast crank. Compression ratios calculated considering uncut block, 4.030” bore size, and .040” head gasket thickness.

- Assembly part numbers that begin with “B” are balanced by Eagle and require no additional balancing. Part numbers that do not begin with “B” are unbalanced assemblies and must be balanced by a qualified machine shop before use.
- Internally balanced assemblies do not include flexplate or dampener.
- Externally balanced assemblies will include a 153 tooth Pioneer flexplate for 1pc seal applications or a 168 tooth Pioneer flexplate for 2pc seal applications and a harmonic dampener.
- Internal Front/External Rear Assemblies include a 153 tooth Pioneer flexplate.
