This step 3 compound buff wheel is an extra-soft wheel recommended for all final coloring operations. Its made of the finest combed flannel to create an extra soft nap with a ½-inch wide face to give you the most brilliant finish of all the buffs. The arbor hole fits ½-inch or 5/8-inch holes on motors with up to ¾-HP for fast, smooth results that restore the luster to dulled surfaces. We recommend using our Canton buffing wheel with Jeweler's Rouge, White Rouge, or Plastic compound. While this wheel is particularly effective on gold and silver, it also works well on hard metals, soft metals and chrome or nickel plating.
