Cable-driven is the detail to check first, since a drive-by-wire LS uses an electronic throttle body and this is not that. At 90 mm it flows 1000 CFM, which only pays off on an engine already breathing well through a matched intake, and being billet rather than cast means the bore and shaft bores are machined rather than as-cast.
