Performer 454-O cylinder heads have the same outstanding features as the Performer RPM heads but with an exhaust crossover passage for a 50-state emissions legal status (E.O. #D-215-16). Match these powerful heads with our Performer manifold, Performer-Plus cam and an Edelbrock square-bore or spread-bore carburetor.Tech Tip: To gain more spark plug clearance, Edelbrock recommends using Champion RC Series plugs such as the RC12YC (P/N 192-49776). They are 0.230' shorter than a conventional spark plug and have a 5/8' hex for easier access.
