Performer RPM Chrysler heads deliver outstanding performance in non-emission 1967-91 Chrysler 318-340-360 c.i.d. engines. For compatibility with aftermarket parts, these powerful heads use the stock location for intake and exhaust bolt holes and flanges, spark plugs, and valve cover rails. The special valvetrain in the 1970 340 T/A is not compatible with these cylinder heads.
Tech Tip: To gain more spark plug clearance, Edelbrock recommends using Champion RC Series plugs, such as the RC12YC.
