The Edelbrock Victor-Link timing chain and gears set is designed to withstand the rigors of extreme performance Small Block Chevy engines operating at 6500-8500 RPM! The gears are precision machined to have a larger tooth contact area from induction hardened, stress-proof SAE-1144 steel. To ensure accurate timing the crank gear features 9-keyway positions. The chain is also constructed of high strength steel with machined link holes, cold-hardened chain links and pins for even greater wear resistance.!
