This kit was specifically designed for anyone looking to shave the trunk, but doesnt want to deal with the hassle of reconfiguring the latch assembly. Our Power Trunk Kit is easy to install, and requires no welding or special fabrication skills. The system can be mounted in various places inside of the trunk, and when closed has a holding force of over 200lbs. The system comes complete with everything you need to motorize your trunk, including an emergency entry kit, that will allow you eascy access in case of a power failure.
