    Urethane Primer and Activator Kit

  • 1 Gallon of Primer
  • 1 Quart of Activator

    Mix 4:1 with the Urethane activator. May be reduced up to 20% with eastwood's low VOC reducer. Use an HVLP spray gun, nozzle size 1.2-1.6, conventional 1.4-1.6 HVLP Gun 8-10 psi, conventional 40-50 psi. Apply two wet coats with 10-15 minute flash time. Topcoat after 30 minutes, up to 18 hours. Primer must be abraded before top coatong for adhesion purposes.
    Eastwood's Urethane primer is a two-component gray surface that was designed for overall jobs. It fills well, sands very easy and provides excellent color holdout for all top coats. This primer may be applied over Eastwood Epoxy primers, old paint, body filler and even bare metal. It is ideal for block sanding within 3-4 hours after application. Each kit makes 5 spray-able quarts and includes medium speed activator.
