This is not a primer. Treated surfaces should be wiped with PRE Painting Prep (352-10041Z) or thinner before priming and painting.
- Eastwood's Fast Etch is a specially formulated rust remover liquid that was created to meet the needs of auto restorers. It reaches even the most inaccessible areas and will quickly dissolve iron oxide completely, while leaving a zinc phosphate coating behind. Fast Etch can be sprayed, brushed or used as a parts dip liquid. It is non-toxic, non-flammable and can be reused several times. Fast Etch is also an excellent metal prep for powder coating and painting.
