- The progressive load-deflection characteristics of the Work-Rite kit will smooth your ride when you vehicle is fully loaded, and won't compromise your ride when it's not. Work-Rite load assist springs do not use air like the other Ride-Rite family of springs. They are injection molded, made of microcellular urethane and are fully adjustable for individual loading using spacers which are provided in each kit. Work-Rite springs are maintenance-free and available for the rear suspension of most popular pickup tucks.
