Durable Radiators with High-Performance Cooling

Flex-A-Lite Extruded Tube Core Performance Radiators are stronger, lighter and provide better cooling capabilities than comparable multi-core radiators. These extruded tube radiators have a flat surface to braze the cooling fins, which maximizes the contact between the fins and tubes to increase heat dispersion. The cooling fins are designed with specific louver patterns which increases the effective cooling surface area as well as directs airflow seamlessly for better cooling performance. All extruded tube radiators feature reinforced corner subheads which strengthen the edge connections where the cooling tube meets the subhead for increased durability and longevity. Flex-A-Lite offers all its extruded tube radiators with or without an electric fan system pre-installed from the factory. Radiators are available for some of the most popular automotive applications as well as universal and LS engine swap applications.
