Performance Cooling Systems as Capable & Sturdy as a Jeep!

Available with or without an electric fan, bolt-in Flex-A-Fit Radiators have a dual 1/2" (400-60187 only) or 1" all-aluminum core that's welded by hand in the U.S. Flex-A-Lite's patented T-channels create a durable mount for the radiator, fan, and optional oil cooler or expansion tank. The radiator's core is protected when off-roading because the fan is mounted to the Flex-A-Fit sidetank, not through the core. The Flex-A-Fit design also removes the risk of a belt-driven fan hitting the shroud as the body and chassis flex during off-roading.
