This short block is ONLY compatible with the following cylinder heads:

•         2015-2017 model year, “Gen 2” 5.0L cylinder heads

•         2012-2013 BOSS Mustang 5.0L cylinder heads

•        2015-2018 model year, 5.2L cylinder heads 

 Installing “Gen 1” 5.0L cylinder heads (2011-2014) will result in damage due to piston to cylinder head clearance.
