Engine Break-In Procedure
Use conventional or break-in oil (non-synthetic) for the first 500 miles of operation. Do not drive for long periods at any single speed, always vary your speed. Do not tow a trailer or put other heavy loads on the vehicle. Check the engine oil and coolant levels daily.
At 500 Miles change the engine oil and filter using conventional (non-synthetic) oil. Check fuel and ignition settings; adjust valves (where applicable).
After the first 5,000 of service synthetic engine oil may be used. Follow your vehicle owner’s manual for service intervals.

Ford's Small Block 347 stroker crate engine runs on pump gas and takes the guesswork and installation issues out of the way with a complete intake and distributor package. Hand assembled, bored .030 over and fitted with Ford Performance's “X” heads, Mahle forged pistons, SCAT forged steel rotating assembly, I-beam rods fitted with ARP rod bolts and full floating pins. Providing plenty of power on tap, a Street Cruiser engine pulls strong to 6,000 RPM and is the perfect carbureted replacement engine for any vintage muscle car, a late model project, truck or street rod. Available with either front sump or rear sump oil pan.
