Most Factory Polaris sway bars are susceptible to failure manufactured using only 0.063” wall tube (less than 15 gauge)! Hellwig's process begins by hot forming USA sourced 4140 chromoly steel that is heat treated for incredible strength and to create specific rates for the UTV application they are engineered for.

Some of the Hellwig Powersports Sway Bars also feature multiple hole adjustments allowing the operator to adjust the stiffness for different terrains or driving styles. The best feature is the ease of installation as these bars simply bolt in place of the original sway bar using the factory end links. The Hellwig Powersports Sway Bars include new mounting hardware and polyurethane bushings to deliver durability, strength and smooth movement.
