The Holley 46-74 is a universal fast-idle throttle solenoid that holds engine RPM up when an accessory load, such as air conditioning, would otherwise drag the idle down. It mounts to a Holley solenoid bracket -- PN 20-9 for Model 4150 and 4160 carburetors, or PN 20-47 for Model 4165 and 4175 -- and a tap of the throttle sets the held idle speed. The cadmium-plated steel body resists corrosion, and the required mounting nut (PN 26-57) is included.
