These adapters are designed to use much cheaper Big Block Chevy electric water pumps on LS engines
There are -12AN ORB threaded fittings on the top of the adapter plates. These should be combined with a "Y" block then transferred to the radiator.
Some applications may require 3/4" NPT extension to clearance hose around crank pulley, part number 335-F750NP750NPX
