The ABS board is vacuum formed at 320 degrees F so it holds its contour on hot days, then covered in ox grey 1/4 in. foam-backed cloth to match the original OE look. • All ABS headliner boards have pre-cut holes for the dome light, visor brackets and similar openings. The fabric covers the entire board, so once you decide which openings you need, cut an X about halfway across each opening with a razor knife and fold the material back.
