JEGS 555-10431 GM Gen IV LS3 6.2L & L92 6.2L Truck Engine Swap Wiring Harness Note:

• It is very important to fully read the enclosed instruction manual before installing this wiring harness to ensure a successful installation
• Use of a 4L60E or 4L80E transmission requires a 4-Terminal Brake Light Switch such as Painless 80176 or equivalent (sold separately) which has both normally open and normally closed sides on the switch
  • Connect the normally open side of the switch to the Brake Lights - when the brake pedal is depressed, the switch closes, providing power to the brake lights
  • Connect the normally closed side of the switch to the transmission TCC (torque converter clutch) solenoid - when the brake pedal is depressed, the switch opens removing power from the TCC solenoid
• CAUTION: Failure to wire the brake switch correctly can result in the torque converter being unable to unlock causing stalling when stopping and rough or hard shifts
