      JEGS Transmission Guide Dowels screw into the engine block and provide longer tapered dowels to help align and hold the transmission while you start installing the bell-housing bolts. The slotted head on these dowels allow for easy removal with a screwdriver once you have a few of the bell-housing bolts in place. Once the transmission is secure, the dowels are removed & you install the remaining two bell-housing bolts. 2/pkg. .
