JEGS aluminum inline oil filter assembly includes a special NASCAR/Wix pleated paper filter element that is easier to inspect for debris than a cartridge or stainless element (no filter cutter required). This filter element is made by Wix and is the same as used by Joe Gibbs Racing. CNC machined billet aluminum housing with removable end caps & o-ring seals (easy cleaning & a leak proof seal). Ideal for use where space is limited, since it is smaller and lighter than conventional spin-on oil filters which makes it great for circle track, weight conscious sprint cars and drag racing.
