Use with: Stock OEM Coil or HP Coil 555-40105 Ignition Control Units 555-40800 & 555-40805 Mopar Orange 312-P4120505, Chrome 312-P4120534, and Gold 312-P4120600 Ignition Control Units
Recommended for most applications on street driven & high performance general purpose applications Use with stock oem coil or jegs hp coil part number 555-40105, jegs ignition control unit part numbers 555-40800 & 555-40805, mopar orange ignition control unit part number 312-p4120505, chrome part number 312-p4120534, and gold part number 312-p4120600 Compatible with most mopar oem (oil filled) or oem-spec coils Note: ballast resistors with less than 0.5 ohms are only recommended for racing applications that run high rpm & are not recommended for vehicles that idle for extended periods of time (i.e. 15-20 minutes) since this will overheat the ignition coil due to the longer dwell time at idle Must have item when replacing or upgrading your ignition system components
Use with:
- 1.0 Ohm Ballast Resistor is recommended for most applications on street driven & high performance general purpose applications.
- This ballast resistor is recommended with most Mopar OEM (oil filled) or OEM-Spec coils.
- This ballast resistor is also recommended for use with HP Coil 555-40105.
Note: Ballast Resistors with less than 0.5 Ohm are only recommended for racing applications that run high RPM only & are not recommended for vehicles that idle for extended periods of time (i.e. 15-20 minutes) since this will overheat the ignition coil due to the longer dwell time at idle.
