JEGS 40148 High-Output Smart Ignition Coil is designed for use with ECUs that have a Coil Driver option built-in and provide output that rivals that of a CD ignition system by delivering longer duration spark at full energy for better burn characteristics. This coil features a sealed design suitable for harsh environments & can be mounted on or off the engine in custom applications. The intended use is for high-performance racing applications but can also be used in street-driven vehicles.
