Some applications have seen as much as 10 hg. However since there are many variables such as: the size of the engine (smaller engine, smaller crankcase = more vacuum. The opposite can be said for a larger engine), how well the engine is sealed externally (in other words no vacuum leaks or visible oil leaks which includes the intake, oil pan and valve cover gaskets) and how well the engine is sealed internally (blow by) your results may vary.
