JEGS 555-62050 Transmission Case Saver and Upgrade Kit Installation:
- Install your 1987-Up GM 4L60 roller clutch and inner race
- Align the outer lugs and set them into place
- Install the case snap ring
- Align the outer lugs and set the retainer plate in
- Install & tighten the (6) Allen-head screws
No need to purchase a new case!
GM transmission cases are no longer as plentiful or as cheap as they once were. JEGS Case Saver and Center Support Upgrade Kit is intended to save your TH-350, 700R4, 4L60E, or 4L65E case plus upgrade the original design. This case saver and upgrade kit utilizes a wide 1987-up roller clutch assembly (not included) to provide more holding power than the early narrow TH-350. Just replace your old worn center support outer race with this kit and your transmission case is now fixed.
