JEGS economy axle seal keeps the gear lube out of the axle tube and in the center section where it can lubricate and cool the ring & pinion. Installs inside the axle tube near the ring and pinion (on one or both sides of the axle). Fits axle housing tubes with 2-1/2" to 2-3/4" inside diameter and axles shafts with 1-3/16" to 1.550" outside diameter. For most Ford 9", some GM 10-Bolt & 12-Bolt, some Dana 60 and most Quick Change axle tubes. Please measure your axle housing and axle shaft before ordering. Requires the use of sealed axle bearings. 1/pkg.
