A solution for aftermarket bumpers without license plate provisions it also eliminates potential damage typical in the stock position. Made from heavy duty, laser cut 10 ga. steel and powder coated. Includes high-quality waterproof polycarbonate li cense plate light with 2 high power SMD LEDs. Can be used on other applications with 5 on 4.5” or 5 on 5” lug patterns and a wheel hub diameter of at least 1.75". Works great!- Relocates license plate to the center of the spare tire, mounted off of the existing spare tire mount studs
